Request Stops

We have designated locations that are along a particular route but not routinely served as part of the route.  If there is a "by request" listed on the schedule at a stop you need, and you are on the bus, be sure to ask the driver to stop at that location.  If you want to be picked up from a “by Request” location, please call ahead of the bus arrival time, or anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., so we can be sure to let the driver know.  If there is no time listed on the schedule for a particular location, but it is along the route, simply ask the driver to let you off as close as possible.  The driver will stop at the safest location near your destination.

If you need us to consider a stop modification, please call the transit office at 301-722-6360.  return to top
