Maryland's Public Information Act (PIA) allows citizen access to public records while protecting legitimate governmental interests and the privacy of individual citizens. Requests for information can be submitted using the form below.

Once your request is submitted, a county representative will contact you with the result of your request. The county has up to 30 days, if needed, to produce records. For more information on the PIA, visit Maryland’s Office of the Attorney General website.
