All proposals must be submitted to the Allegany County Department of Public Works, Attn: Adam Patterson, 701 Kelly Road, 3rd Floor, Cumberland, Maryland, 21502. All proposals must be received by the County by 4:00 PM on Friday, March 10, 2023.
