Due to COVID19 restrictions, applications and renewals must be completed online. Should you be unable to complete the application online, you may mail your application and payment or call 301-777-2438 (IT Division) and provide your information over the phone from 8AM-12PM Monday - Friday. Those seeking to renew their sticker must complete the application form.
