| Pre-bid will be held at the Allegany County Detention Center, 14300 McMullen Highway, Cumberland, MD at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Bidder attendance is requested but not required. Bidders who cannot attend in person will be able to attend the meeting virtually. Window suppliers are encouraged to attend.
