Frostburg State University President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk: Opportunity Scholarship Success Photo


In four years 729 county residents have been awarded Allegany County Opportunity Scholarships totaling $718,765 to study at FSU. Over 90% of these scholarship recipients who graduated from FSU have remained in Allegany County, adding to the workforce and growing the tax base.
